Research – Facial Motion

In this research we explore detection and tracking of face features in order to use them in Human Computer Interaction. The images a provided by a standard webcam and we work with no special lighting or background and the user does not need to put anything on his body.

 



We work with a new mixture of several computer vision techniques for facial features detection and tracking and face gesture recognition, some of them have been improved and enhanced to reach more stability and robustness.
