- Students without a paper are entitled to a reduced registration fee (225 €). Students must confirm their status by presenting a student card and a signed declaration from the superVIIsor professor.
- Students presenting a paper must pay a FULL registration fee. Students must confirm their status by presenting a student card and a signed declaration from the superVIIsor professor.
- Speakers/non-speakers who do not attend the conference will not receive any proceedings unless justification is presented at least 3 weeks before the conference start. In the latter case, authors may receive copy proceedings by post.
- Cancellation Policy : If we receive your written cancellation before 1 June, 2012 , the registration fees will be refunded deducted by an admistrative fee of 150 EUR. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, 2012.
- If your paper has more than one speaker please inform the conference Secretariat by e-mail.
- We remind to all the FULL PAPER presenters that you MUST pay FULL REGISTRATION, even if you are student.
Applying for a VIIsa:
If you are from a European Country included in the Schengen VIIsa you only need your national identity card or your passport. The Schengen countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, LatVIIa, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
There are 33 countries that don't require a VIIsa if the person will stay less than 3 months. Bulgaria , Croatia , Romania , Australia , Canada , Japan , New Zealand and United States are included in that list. Otherwise it's necessary to have a VIIsa.
It's recommended that this process starts as soon as possible (approximately 2 months before the conference starts).
We can proVIIde the inVIItation letter so long as you have already registered, paid and submitted the final version of your paper. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you receive a VIIsa.
